Polymer-modified, cold-process coal tar roofing bitumen used as a flood coat over new and existing hot asphalt and coal tar built-up roofs and modified bitumen roofs, or as a restoration material for previously graveled roofs. The data sheet lists coverage of 4 to 5 gal. per 100 sq. ft. for a new flood coat and 6 to 8 gal. for restoration, VOC of 270 g/L, and 5 gallon pails or 55 gallon drums.
