The Ultimate Assembly is Hydrotech's open joint architectural paver assembly for roof terraces, vegetated roofs and plazas, built from Monolithic Membrane 6125 on the deck up through a Hydroflex protection sheet, optional DuPont Styrofoam insulation, optional Hydrodrain drainage and a paver surface. Pavers of concrete, hardwood or porcelain sit on spacer tabs or fixed or adjustable pedestals, which lets the surface be set level over a sloped deck, lets water drain through open joints to concealed drains, and lets pavers be lifted for access to drains and the membrane. The brochure says the assembly is not intended for vehicular traffic. Hydrotech offers a single-source warranty covering the components it supplies; the web page lists watertightness of the membrane, thermal retention of the insulation, performance of the pavers and removal and replacement of overburden for a warranted membrane repair, and the September 2025 brochure adds wind uplift resistance, with specific terms given on request.
