Monolithic Membrane 6125 (MM6125) is Hydrotech's hot fluid-applied rubberized asphalt membrane for roofing and waterproofing, a one-component, 100% solids blend of refined asphalts and synthetic rubbers that bonds directly to the deck and forms a seamless layer. In its fabric reinforced assembly it goes down at 215 mils (90 mils, Flex-Flash F polyester fabric, then 125 mils); the brochure also lists a 180 mil application. The maker says it can be installed at temperatures as low as 0 F, can be applied dead level and can stay submerged, and it is the base membrane of Hydrotech's Protected Membrane Roof, Ultimate Assembly, Blue Roof and Garden Roof assemblies. It is sold direct and installed only by trained, authorized Hydrotech applicators. The July 2025 brochure lists CGSB-37.50-M89, CCMC, British Board of Agrement (Agrement No. 90/2431 and 90/2432) and UL and ULC Class A ratings, plus local approvals in Dade County (Florida), the City of Los Angeles and New York City, and says it is made under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system and has an EPD. The maker's copy differs on recycled content: the web page says a minimum 40% recycled content validated by UL, while the brochure says up to 40% post-consumer recycled content.
