HydroSeal Flashing is Hydrotech's cold, fluid-applied, reinforced flashing membrane: a two-component, fast-curing poly methyl-methacrylate (PMMA) resin mixed with HydroSeal Catalyst and reinforced with HydroSeal Fleece, used with Monolithic Membrane 6125 where conditions do not allow the usual membrane flashing terminations. HydroSeal Matrix is a fiber-reinforced version of the resin for spots where fleece is impractical, and the system includes flashing and metal primers and a pigmented finish coat. The resin comes in 5 kg and 10 kg pails, and the data sheet gives a 90 mil minimum thickness, says it is made to meet or exceed the performance requirements of ASTM C836, and states it is not to be the sole flashing material for MM6125 applications.
