Flex-Flash UN is a 0.060 inch (60 mil) uncured neoprene rubber sheet that Hydrotech uses as the heavy-duty reinforcing and exposed flashing membrane with Monolithic Membrane 6125, formed around penetrations and corners and used to detail expansion joints and drains. It can also be embedded in MM6125 over the whole substrate to form Hydrotech's Dual Membrane Assembly. Standard widths are 6, 12, 18, 24, 36 and 48 inches in 100 foot lengths. The data sheet reports tensile strength and elongation by ASTM D412, tear resistance by ASTM D624, no break at -30 F by ASTM D2137 and ozone resistance by ASTM D1149.
