Flex-Flash MB is a polymer modified bitumen flashing sheet reinforced with polyester and glass fiber, used as the exposed, torch-applied flashing membrane with Monolithic Membrane 6125 roofing in inverted roof membrane assemblies. It comes in two surfaces, each with its own data sheet: a granule surface version (white/gray UV resistant granules, 180 mil, 108 lb roll) and a smooth black surface version (160 mil, 98 lb roll). Rolls are 39.4 inches by 33.5 feet and cover 100 square feet with a 3 inch lap. Both sheets state that it meets ASTM D6223, Type I, Grade G.
