Hydrotech Bonding Adhesive Low VOC is a synthetic polymer-based contact adhesive formulated to bond Hydrotech Flex-Flash UN uncured neoprene flashing membrane to wood, metal and concrete substrates. It is sold in 5 gallon pails, covers 50 to 70 square feet per gallon on each surface, dries in 20 to 30 minutes and needs at least 40 F air temperature. The data sheet says it complies with the OTC Model Rule and is not to be used to seal seams or laps.
