U-Panel is a low-profile, through-fastened, exposed-fastener metal roof or siding panel with 36-inch coverage, a traditional ribbed profile, a 3/4 inch panel height and a purlin-bearing leg at the side lap, aimed at industrial and agricultural buildings and also used as a liner or partition panel. It is made in 26 gauge Zincalume (AZ50) steel with Dura Tech nt SMP paint or 24 and 22 gauge with Dura Tech 5000 or Dura Tech mx PVDF, in lengths of 6 to 50 feet on a 3:12 minimum slope. The product page lists ASTM E283, ASTM E331, UL 263 and UL 790 and cites IAPMO Evaluation Report ER-0550; the product sheet states roof assemblies are Class A fire rated when installed on a non-combustible deck or framing per IBC or IRC, or per UL listings (UL 790).
