Its About Us page states that the business began manufacturing as ASC Pacific at its Tacoma facility in 1971, later acquired the Dallas-based AEP Span Inc., and today manufactures from two locations, West Sacramento, California and Tacoma, Washington. It is a division of ASC Profiles LLC, which the page describes as co-owned by Nippon Steel and BlueScope. Its roof line includes snap-together and mechanically seamed standing seam panels (Design Span hp, Span-Lok hp, SpanSeam, Select Seam) and exposed-fastener panels (HR-36, Nu-Wave Corrugated, PBR and others).
