Reversed Box Rib
Reversed Box Rib is an exposed-fastener metal roof and wall panel with 36-inch coverage, a box (square) rib and a 1-1/2 inch panel height for commercial, architectural and industrial work; the standard Box Rib form is for siding only, and the product sheet details the reversed form for roof and wall use. It is made in 26 gauge Zincalume (AZ50) steel with Dura Tech nt SMP paint or 24 and 22 gauge with Dura Tech 5000 or Dura Tech mx PVDF, with 20 gauge in Zincalume Plus, in lengths of 6 to 50 feet on a 1:12 minimum slope. The product page lists ASTM E283, ASTM E331, UL 263 and UL 790 and cites IAPMO Evaluation Report ER-0550; the product sheet states roof assemblies are Class A fire rated when installed on a non-combustible deck or framing per IBC or IRC, or per UL listings (UL 790).
