Not required — Ordinance No. 1034, Series 2026, was read in full. It repeals Section 6.13 of the Pagosa Springs Municipal Code in its entirety and readopts it, so it is the town's complete operative adoption and amendment instrument. Section 6.13.5 adopts the 2024 International Residential Code by reference and lists the town's amendments to it in full: Sections R108.1, Table R301.2(1), R310.3, 311.3, R703.13, R703.14, G2406, G2445 and P2904.1.
