Frisco DOES amend the roofing chapter -- R902, R902.2, R902.2.1, R905.8, R908 and R908.1 -- but every one is fire or recover related: R902.2.1 "Minimum Roof Class" appears under the heading "Section R902 Fire Classification" and requires "All roof coverings shall be a minimum Class C. All individual replacement shingles or shakes shall be a minimum Class C."
