Edgewater's own amendment to IRC Table R301.2, Municipal Code Section 18-3-30(6), sets an ultimate design wind speed of 130 mph, confirmed by the city's general interpretation at Section 18-1-10(3): "Wind speed is one hundred thirty (130) miles per hour, ultimate."
