A family-owned slate quarrier and manufacturer, owned and operated by third, fourth and fifth generation slate quarriers of the Tatko family, with operations at Monson, Maine and Middle Granville, New York. It states it mines and manufactures its own slate products from its own quarries in the United States and dates its work in slate to 1917. Besides custom-made roofing slate it produces honed slate for flooring, kitchens and baths, architectural and landscape work.
