A regional association of union signatory roofing and waterproofing contractors in southeastern Michigan, based in Shelby Township and a local chapter of the Michigan Roofing Contractors Association. It works with Roofers and Waterproofers Local 149 through joint labor-management committees, including the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee that oversees the Local 149 training center in Oak Park. It publishes a contractor directory, roofing-system guidance for building owners and articles, and runs its own board, committees, scholarship committee and events.
