Roofing Contractors Association of Washington
stateA state trade association for residential and commercial roofing businesses in Washington, established in 1965. It began as a collective bargaining group for union roofing contractors in the Seattle and Tacoma area, then in the late 1970s and early 1980s left collective bargaining for lobbying, industry promotion and member services, and later opened contractor membership to non-union firms and to Eastern Washington. Suppliers, manufacturers and other industry businesses are also members.
