A statewide association of Michigan roofing and waterproofing contractors, organized around local member chapters that include the Associated Roofing Contractors of Western Michigan, the Jackson, Livingston, Washtenaw Roofing Contractors Association, the Lansing Roofing Contractors Association, the Saginaw Valley Roofing Contractors Association, the Roofing Industry Promotion Fund of Metropolitan Detroit and the Southeastern Michigan Roofing Contractors Association. Distributors, manufacturers, equipment suppliers, service providers and roof consultants join as associate members. It is governed by a board of contractor and associate member representatives and holds an annual convention.
