Through trustee boards and committees it administers an advancement and research fund that promotes its contractor firms, negotiates with Local 11 through a labor relations task team, resolves disputes through a joint grievance board, oversees pension and welfare funds, and supports the Local 11 apprenticeship and training program. Its site publishes a contractor list, owner guidance on roofing system types and an annual scholarship for dependents of member firms and Local 11 members.
