A regional trade association founded in 1943 for residential and commercial roofing contractors, vendors, manufacturers and service providers across North and South Carolina, formerly known as the Carolinas Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (CRSMCA). It runs education on safety, business, sales and technical topics, regional meetings and an annual Mid-Winter Roofing Expo, a member directory, and a Self-Insurers Fund for workers' compensation that it describes as the oldest group fund in the Carolinas. Applicants are reviewed and approved by its board.

Membership benefits
Members can join the association's Self-Insurers Fund for workers' compensation and an employee health insurance program, use its facility for meetings and training, earn education credits including for OSHA requirements, get affinity partner discounts, legal counsel, sample contracts and forms, safety program templates and referrals, and are listed in the member directory. Contractor members must hold a North Carolina or South Carolina roofing, business or privilege licence as the association sets out; vendors, manufacturers and service providers join as associate or sustaining members.
