A nonprofit regional trade association for union roofing and waterproofing contractors in the San Francisco Bay Area, based in Concord, California. It was incorporated in 1950 through the merger of an East Bay contractors' association and a San Francisco roofing contractors' association, and it is the recognized multi-employer collective bargaining agent for signatory roofing and waterproofing contractors in the Greater Bay Area, negotiating working agreements with locals of the Roofers Union. Regular membership is limited to union-signatory contractors; manufacturers, suppliers and service providers join as associates.

Membership benefits
Contractor members are represented in labor relations with the Roofers Union, get help with laws, codes and regulations, and receive jobsite safety inspections and worker safety training, usually at no cost beyond dues. Members are kept informed through the association's news section and periodic membership meetings, and contractor members appear in the association's public contractor listing.
