Family-owned independent wholesale distributor of exterior building materials, headquartered in Homer Glen, Illinois. Richard J. Guzior, who had worked for the Chicago roofing and siding distributor Logan-Long, launched it in 1978 with Richard Sawilchik and bought out his partner in 1986; his son Ronald Guzior became CEO and president in June 2019. It serves professional contractors, builders, remodelers and restoration companies with residential and commercial roofing, siding, windows, doors, soffit and rainware, decking and cabinets. Its CEO sits on the board of the Independent Distributor Alliance Corporation, a member-owned network of independent building material distributors. In 2026 it acquired the assets of United States Building Supply, adding its Colorado Springs, two Denver and Loveland branches. Its own counts differ: the About page says more than 60 locations across 14 states and elsewhere 59 across 12 states, its 2026 acquisition release says more than 60 branches across 16 states, and its location pages print 66 branches in 16 states.
