Town of Springfield
The Baca County seat on Colorado's southeastern plains. Springfield repealed its adopted building code in 2023: Ordinance No. 356 (July 13, 2023) repealed Municipal Code section 18-1, which had adopted a building code since 2008, leaving the building-code sections of Chapter 18 "Reserved." The town lists no building department among its departments; the 2006 International Fire Code remains adopted as the town's fire code.
Town of Walsh - Permits
The permitting authority for the Town of Walsh, Baca County. The Town's own Permits page requires Board of Trustees approval and a Town Clerk/Town Superintendent-filed application for "any structure built within town, i.e. buildings, carports, fences and etc.," with a flat $15 filing fee; the Town's site publishes no adopted building-code edition (IBC/IRC or otherwise) and no municipal-code or ordinance archive was found, so no adopted_code is asserted. This is consistent with the eastern-plains/Baca County pattern seen elsewhere in this county (Springfield repealed its building code in 2023).
