Products / ZinCo Roof Garden System

Roof Garden is ZinCo's multifunctional intensive build-up with high water storage for lawns, perennials, shrubs or small trees, and for combining planting with walkways, patios, play areas, water features and driveways. It uses the Floradrain FD 60 neo element filled with Zincoblend M, an SF filter sheet and Zincoblend I growing media from 10 in deep (with Zincoblend M as a mineral sub-substrate beyond 14 in), over an ISM 50 protection mat and an optional WSB 100-PO root barrier. The maker says it can be set up for dam-up irrigation from below on a 0 degree roof with roof dam elements over the outlets and inspection chambers, and prints a build-up height from 12 1/2 in, a saturated weight from 87 lb per square foot and water storage from 3.5 gal per square foot.
