Elastodrain EL 202 is ZinCo's heavy-duty protection and drainage sheet of compression molded, solid recycled vulcanized rubber with studs on one side and a rebated edge on all four sides, made for rooftop driveways, fire access roads and parking areas. The data sheet prints a 3.3 ft x 3.3 ft board about 0.7 in thick (0.5 in studs, about 111 studs per square foot), about 3.9 lb per square foot, a compressive strength at 10% compression of about 4.1 tons per square foot, heat resistance up to 392 F, and in-plane flow rates at 1, 2 and 3% slope. Boards are laid studs up on a slip sheet or on the waterproofing, can be joined with rubber two-hole connectors, and must not be left exposed to UV light. ZinCo's driveway build-ups for roofs and plaza decks are based on it.
