SSR 24 is a 24 inch coverage standing seam steel roof panel in 22 and 24 gauge for commercial and industrial low-slope roofs down to a 1/4:12 pitch. It installs on a floating clip system with hand or mechanical seaming and factory-applied sealant, as a thermal roof system with variable depth clips and a recommended minimum of 2 inches of insulation. The data sheet states that the SSR24 roof system carries a UL 580 wind uplift Class 90 rating (UL Construction No. 685) and FM 4471 approval for Class 1 panel roofs, including Class A and C external fire and severe hail, as assembly ratings. It also lists ASTM A792 and CSA S136.
