1-1/2 inch Mechanical Lock is a hand-crimped, mechanically seamed standing seam steel roof panel installed on a fixed or floating clip system. It is offered in 12, 17-5/8 and 20 inch coverage in 22 and 24 gauge, with a striated or pencil rib finish, and slopes down to a 1-1/2:12 pitch. Installation requires a seamer. Its data sheet lists ASTM A792, ASTM A653, CSA S136, CSSBI 20M-17 and CSSBI S8-2008.
