A synthetic anchor/base sheet that is mechanically fastened to the deck as the bottom ply of Westlake Royal TileSeal HT and MetalSeal HT two-ply underlayment systems. Miami-Dade NOA 25-0407.04 accepts it under ASTM D8257 in 40 in x 300 ft rolls.
