PBR Panel is an exposed-fastener R-panel with a purlin bearing leg, 1.25 inch ribs at 12 inch spacing and 36 inch coverage for roof and wall, in lengths from 1 to 52 feet. The maker lists 22, 24, 26 and 29 gauge on an AZ50 minimum Galvalume/Zincalume substrate and a recommended minimum roof slope of 1/12, for installation over open purlins or a solid substrate. The maker lists UL 2218A Class 4 impact resistance, UL 580 Class 90 wind uplift, ICC-ES ESR-4729 and Florida approval FL44601 for roof use. The maker's data sheet lists UL 790 Class A fire resistance per building code, and its Class A letter describes its panels as components of Class A roof assemblies when installed per ICC-ES ESR-4729. The PVDF data sheet lists a 30-year limited warranty.
