MS2 is a 2 inch mechanically seamed standing seam roof panel, double lock or single lock, with clips and concealed fasteners. The maker lists standard widths of 12, 14, 16 and 18 inches, custom widths from 12 to 24 inches, lengths from 1 to 52 feet, 24 gauge standard and 22 gauge custom on an AZ50 minimum Galvalume/Zincalume substrate, and a recommended minimum roof slope of 1/12. The maker lists UL 2218A Class 4 impact resistance, UL 580 Class 90 wind uplift, ASTM E1680 and E1646 air and water testing, ICC-ES ESR-4729 and Florida approval FL44601. The maker's data sheet lists UL 790 Class A fire resistance per building code, and its Class A letter describes its panels as components of Class A roof assemblies when installed per ICC-ES ESR-4729.
