7/8 inch Corrugated is an exposed-fastener roof and wall panel with 7/8 inch deep corrugations at a 2.67 inch pitch, 39 inch overall width and 34.67 inch roof coverage in PVDF finishes, in lengths from 1 to 52 feet. The data sheet lists 24, 22 and 20 gauge on an AZ50 minimum Galvalume/Zincalume substrate, with aluminum, copper and Corten steel also offered, and a recommended minimum roof slope of 3/12. The maker lists UL 2218A Class 4 impact resistance, UL 580 Class 90 wind uplift, ICC-ES ESR-4729 and Florida approval FL44601 for roof use. The maker's data sheet lists UL 790 Class A fire resistance per building code, and its Class A letter describes its panels as components of Class A roof assemblies when installed per ICC-ES ESR-4729.
