A rigid roof insulation panel with a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded on each side to glass-reinforced felt facers, with ReadyFlash dark and light facers that let the installer speed or slow adhesive flash-off. Flat panels are 4 by 4 and 4 by 8 feet from 0.5 to 4.5 inches thick, with 4 by 12 foot panels in some thicknesses; Tapered XP comes in 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch per foot slopes, and XP Straight and Bevel Cut panels are cut to fill metal-retrofit flutes. The bulletin lists ASTM C1289 Type II, Class 1, Grade 2 (20 psi) and Grade 3 (25 psi), UL 790, 263 and 1256 as a component of Class A roof systems, and FM 4451 flute spanability, and says it is approved for direct application to steel decks.
