A nailable composite roof insulation panel of closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam bonded during manufacture to 7/16 inch oriented strand board, for new and re-roofing commercial work with high foot traffic or higher wind-speed requirements. Panels are 47.5 by 95.5 inches, routed on four sides, and 47.5 by 47.5 inches, from 1.5 to 4.0 inches thick. The bulletin lists ASTM C1289 Type V, 20 psi minimum compressive strength, and 8 fasteners per 47.5 by 95.5 inch board to meet FM 1-90.
