A low-VOC, solvent-based primer used only on new or aged TPO membranes to promote adhesion of X-Tenda Coat acrylic and XTRA silicone coatings; the bulletin says it is not compatible with EPDM or PVC. It is slightly tinted to show primed areas and is applied by roller or brush at about 200 to 400 square feet per gallon.
