A single-component, water-based acrylic primer for steel, aluminum and galvanized metal that also works over concrete, masonry and wood, designed to resist corrosion and bleed-through from residual rust before X-Tenda Coat acrylic or XTRA silicone coatings are applied. It is white and is applied by airless spray, roller or brush. The bulletin lists a calculated VOC below 100 g/L.
