A one-component, water-based elastomeric base coating and sealer that blocks asphaltic oils from existing asphalt roofing from staining silicone roof coatings. It is applied by roller, brush or spray and is not applied if rain or temperatures below 50 degrees F are expected within 12 hours. The bulletin lists a maximum VOC content of 50 g/L by EPA Method 24 and describes it as solvent-free.
