A high-solids, clear, polymer-based splice primer that prepares KEE HP and PVC membranes, already treated with PVC Step 1 Activator, for bonding to PVC Pressure-Sensitive Cover Strip, applied at about 200 to 250 square feet per gallon with a VOC content of 645 g/L. A Low-VOC PVC Step 2 Primer meets the under 250 g/L OTC Model Rule limit and covers up to 700 square feet per gallon.
