A high-strength, solvent-based contact adhesive for bonding PVC and KEE- enhanced PVC membrane to porous and non-porous substrates, made with a blend of VOC-exempt and non-exempt solvents to comply with California air district VOC limits and the under 250 g/L OTC Model Rule for single-ply roofing adhesives. It is applied with a medium nap roller at about 60 square feet per gallon of finished surface.
