A water-based, wet lay-in, one-sided dispersion adhesive for bonding bareback PVC and Fleece TPO, Fleece PVC and Fleece KEE HP membranes to porous and non- porous substrates on slopes up to 2:12, and used as a contact adhesive on vertical surfaces; it is not used with KEE or KEE HP bareback membrane. The bulletin says it is formulated to comply with California air district VOC limits and the OTC Model Rule, and gives roller and spray coverage rates by substrate.
