A high-strength, solvent-based contact adhesive for bonding EPDM membranes to porous and non-porous substrates, applied with a 9 inch medium nap roller at about 60 square feet per gallon. It meets the under 250 g/L VOC limit of the OTC Model Rule for single-ply roofing adhesives; the bulletin lists California counties whose VOC rules it does not meet.
