The product page describes a one-piece UV-stabilized flexible PVC design with multi-piece stainless steel clamps and a tongue and groove closure, in two sizes: item 81731 (EFB1, 0 to 3-1/2 in. mast, 13-3/4 x 11 in. base) and item 81732 (EFB2, 0 to 5 in. mast, 14 x 15 in. base).
