Shield Right is Warrior's economy mechanically attached synthetic roof underlayment, marketed as a cooler working surface than asphalt-saturated felt with less tear-out and more traction. The September 2025 technical data sheet prints a 6 mil thickness, 48-inch by 250-foot 10-square rolls, passing results for unrollability to AC188, UV exposure and accelerated aging to AC48/AC188 and liquid water transmission to ASTM D4869, and a recommended exposure limit of 6 months. The limited warranty document posted for the product is issued not by Warrior but by Gulnar Plastics Pvt Ltd, for 15 years from installation against manufacturing defects, and refers to Primus installation instructions. Warrior states it is approved for Florida HVHZ areas under Florida code numbers FL2346 and FL40298.
