Double lock standing seam roofing panels formed from 0.7 mm (0.027 in) VMZINC titanium-zinc, with 1 in or 1.5 in seams at 16 7/8 in or 15 7/8 in centers, lengths to 30 ft and a minimum slope of 1:12. Panels are held by stainless steel fixed and sliding clips crimped inside the seams, and are installed over the Delta VMZINC drainage mat on cold vented plywood or on a warm non-vented nail base of plywood bonded to polyiso insulation. Roofing panels use VMZINC PLUS, zinc with a 60 micron underside coating, offered in Natural Zinc, QUARTZ-ZINC, ANTHRA-ZINC, AZENGAR and PIGMENTO finishes. VMZINC states conformance to EN 988 and ASTM B69 architectural zinc, and states that a Class A fire rating depends on the full roof build-up, reached with a Class A rated underlayment and 1/4 in Dens Deck under the drainage mat.
