EPDM x-23 Low-VOC Bonding Adhesive is a solvent-based contact adhesive that bonds EPDM membranes to porous and non-porous substrates. The Product Reference Guide states it meets the under-250 gpl VOC content requirement of the OTC Model Rule for Single-Ply Roofing Adhesives, with a coverage rate of 60 square feet per gallon of finished surface, 5-gallon pail packaging and a 12-month shelf life. The adhesives chart lists it as requiring mixing.
