VersiWeld Bonding Adhesive is a solvent-based contact adhesive for bonding VersiWeld TPO membrane to porous and non-porous substrates. The technical data bulletin lists a synthetic rubber base, 20% solids, a coverage rate of 60 sq. ft. per gallon of finished surface, application to both substrate and membrane with a 9-inch medium nap roller, and a VOC content of 670 g/L. It is packaged in 5-gallon pails with a one-year shelf life, and is not applied to splice areas that will be hot-air welded.
