SureMB MC Adhesive is a solvent-free, asphalt-modified polyether adhesive used as a one-sided, wet lay-in adhesive for Versico AC membranes and SureMB base plies, and in bead application to adhere base ply. The technical data bulletin, published as the Cold Applied Adhesive bulletin, lists 100% solids, a VOC content of 32 grams per liter, a coverage rate of 67 square feet per gallon on smooth surfaces and 50 square feet per gallon on uneven surfaces, and 5-gallon pail packaging with a 9-month shelf life below 90 F. It is approved for direct application to listed insulations, gypsum and concrete decks, and to existing smooth BUR, mineral-surfaced cap sheets or SBS modified bitumen after power washing.
