HydroBond is a low-VOC, water-based, wet lay-in, one-sided dispersion adhesive for VersiFlex PVC smooth-backed membranes and VersiFleece membranes. Versico states it cannot be used with bare-backed KEE HP membranes, and the Product Reference Guide adds that it is not for TPO or EPDM smooth-backed membrane. Listed coverage is 100 square feet per gallon by roller and 133 square feet per gallon by spray; the adhesives chart gives a 40 F minimum application temperature and notes the adhesive must be protected from freezing.
