1168 Low-VOC PVC Bonding Adhesive is a solvent-based contact adhesive for bonding PVC and KEE membranes to porous and non-porous substrates. The technical data bulletin states it is formulated with a blend of VOC-exempt and non-exempt solvents for California air-district VOC limits and meets the under-250 g/l VOC content requirement of the OTC Model Rule for Single-Ply Roofing Adhesives. Listed properties include a synthetic rubber base, 23.6 to 29.6% solids, a coverage rate of 50 square feet per gallon of finished surface, roller application to both substrate and membrane, 5-gallon pail packaging and a one-year shelf life.
