A fixed double-dome polycarbonate skylight with an aluminum frame for curb mounting on flat or pitched roofs of 0 to 60 degrees with shakes, shingles or metal; CMD has a bronze-tinted outer dome and CMDA a white outer dome, each over a clear inner dome. Standard sizes run from 2020 to 4646 (outside curb 24 x 24 in. to 49 1/2 x 49 1/2 in.). VELUX lists Florida Product Approval FL 47414-R1 and Miami-Dade NOA 25-0424.04, which rates the models large and small missile impact resistant for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone, plus WDMA Hallmark and NFRC certification. VELUX states a 10-year product warranty and a 5-year hail warranty.
