Panel Rib is an exposed-fastener, purlin bearing edge metal roof panel, factory-formed at a 36-inch width in 22, 24 and 26 gauge, for a minimum slope of 1/2:12. The specification table lists a 1 3/16-inch rib height, with 7/8-inch minor ribs and an engineered sidelap with an anti-siphon groove. Finishes are acrylic-coated Galvalume or KXL, with fiberglass blanket insulation. The maker lists UL 60 and 90 wind uplift, ASTM E1646 water penetration and ASTM E1680 air leakage, a 25-year finish warranty, and a 10-year standard weathertightness warranty that has special requirements for additional mastic and fasteners.
