A one-piece, high-profile Spanish barrel concrete roof tile. Per IAPMO UES ER-790 (Section 4.3.3, "Spanish"), High Barrel is classified Type I, high profile, Grade 1, measures 17-1/4 in. long by 13 in. wide with a nominal 13/16 in. thickness at the tile nose, and weighs 11.2 lb. per tile nominal, translating to 9.75 psf installed with a 3 in. head lap. Installed per the report on minimum 15/32 in. plywood decking over 30 lb. felt with 1x2 wood battens and 2-1/2 in. screws with a 3 in. overlap, the assembly achieves an ASTM E108 Class A fire rating and the tile complies with ASTM C1492.
